In 1958, when we were just a small company with a handful of buses, Cook-Illinois Corporation made the commitment to put safety and dependability in the driver’s seat. For more than 50 years, schools and parents have trusted us with their most precious cargo. Nothing is more important to us than getting students to school and back home safely and on time.

Today, our fleet has grown to more than 2,200 buses and we are the largest family owned and operated school bus contractor in the U.S., ranking sixth largest overall. While we have expanded across the Midwest, we have not forgotten what a privilege and the responsibility it is to transport children.
